The Humane Society of Charles County (HSCC) is seeking a new Executive Director to lead our organization and further our vision! The Director is a compassionate leader whose decision-making skills and strategic initiatives reflect a commitment to the mission of HSCC. They are responsible for overseeing the organization's consistent achievement of its vision, mission, and financial objectives. Serving as an effective liaison between the organization and the public, staff, volunteers, community leaders, government officials, veterinary community, animal welfare organizations, media, donors and other constituents. HSCC is a nonprofit organization that is seeking a responsible full time or part time veterinarian to oversee our clinic that offers spay/neutering, wellness pet clinics for the community, medical assessment and treatment for our shelter animals, and TNR cats. We are looking for a friendly professional, who believes in making a difference for animals and the humans who love them.
