Losing a pet is losing a member of your family. Our staff is caring, compassionate, and always sensitive to your needs during this difficult time.
The Humane Society of Charles County (HSCC) does not euthanize animals for the public; however, if your pet has passed away or was euthanized at another veterinarian facility, you can bring your beloved pet to the Humane Society of Charles County, and we will arrange for either a Mass Cremation (pet’s remains are NOT returned to the owner) or an Individual Cremation (pet’s remains are returned to the owner).
We will handle calling the crematorium for you and your family.
