The Humane Society of Charles County presents Top Dog 2023 with entertainment by the Fabulous Hubcaps. Farewell to the Fabulous Hubcaps on their final tour!  Don't miss the opportunity to see them for their retirement tour at the Top Dog Dinner, Dance, and Silent Auction.

 This event benefits the homeless and injured animals in Charles County. Top Dog is our largest fundraiser of the year and a Southern Maryland favorite. Activities include dinner, dancing to music from the Fabulous Hubcaps, as well as a Silent Auction and Raffle. It will be held at the Greater Waldorf Jaycees.
